Ramanpreet Kang, OD

Dr. Kang was born in India and raised in Old Bridge, New Jersey. She always had a passion for health and wellness. At Rutgers University, she not only obtained a degree in both Economics and Psychology, but she also found her love for eyes while working as an Optometric Technician for four years. She decided to obtain her optometric degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University). During her time at Salus. Dr. Kang was the chair of fundraising of SVOSH where she raised money to provide eye care to underprivileged populations. She earned clinical honors in all her externships which were completed in New Jersey.
Preya Balroop, OD

Dr. Preya Balroop earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in 2023 and provides comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, treats ocular conditions, and co-manages pre- and post-operative surgical care. She is passionate about promoting health literacy within her community by building meaningful connections focused on patient education and preventative care. In her free time, Dr. Balroop enjoys yoga, traveling, and cooking.
Melissa Manzo, OD

Dr. Melissa Manzo graduated Doctor of Optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2011 and has been practicing Optometry since then focusing on comprehensive eye examinations, soft/hard/toric/hybrid contact lens fitting and ordering, and ocular disease management. Dr. Manzo is applauded by her patients as she maintains great patient rapport, ranging from pediatric to geriatric. She is trained with OCT, HRT, and various perimetric machinery. An active member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, AOA Cornea and Contact Lens Section. She is a CPR and First Aid Certified by the American Red Cross.
Jordan Robert Taylor, OD

Dr Jordan Taylor completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Waterloo in 2012. He completed his Doctor of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry in 2017. Dr Taylor has seven years experience practicing full scope optometry in Ontario. He was practicing in a Private Practice setting where he saw patients of all ages and managed a wide range of ocular conditions. Dr Taylor values patient communication and education, he does his best to ensure patients have a full understanding of what is happening with their eyes and vision.
Elise Hoi, OD

Dr. Elise Hoi earned her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014, Doctor of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry in 2021, and Ocular Disease residency at SUNY College of Optometry in 2022 with a focus in glaucoma and retinal diseases. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a diplomat of the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Hoi has worked with underserved population in New York hospitals with an emphasis on health literacy and building meaningful connections with patients.In her spare time, she enjoys board games and spending time with her dog.

Lourdes Lherisson, OD

Dr. Lourdes Lherisson earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Montclair University in 2008 and a Bachelor’s degree in Vision Science in 2009 at Salus University. Thereafter, she matriculated to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry @ Salus University where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2012. Dr. Lherisson completed externships at a few esteemed institutions, including the Brooklyn VA Hospital in NY, the Wilkes Barre VA Hospital in PA, The Eye Institute of Philadelphia and Will’s Eye Hospital in PA . She has vast experience, having worked at a variety of practices after graduation; from private practice, corporate and commercial settings in New Jersey and she brings her unique experience to Irvington, NJ.
